Before arrival
Rules of staying at the rural tourism homestead resort Marguoliai
Arrival and departure time
A rest day starts in our homestead at 3.00 p.m. and ends at 12.00 p.m. next day. The time between 12-3 p.m. is used for room cleaning. If you would like to arrive sooner (between 12 and 3 p.m.) or leave later (between 12 and 3 p.m.) you should mark this request in the column “Special Requests”. We will take your request into consideration depending on possibility. We will notify you thereof over the phone indicated by you. The booking confirmation will state the standard arrival/departure time, the order confirmation will state the agreed arrival/departure time .If you indicate your arrival time in the booking form before 12 p.m. and/or departure time after 3 p.m., a room will be automatically booked and the price will be charged for an additional night. If you are late to arrive for more than 6 (six) hours, please inform us at +370 699 36123 or by e-mail: uzsakymai@sodybamarguoliai.lt . If you are late for more than 6 (six) hours and we have not received your notice, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In case the order is cancelled or you fail to arrive, the advance payment shall NOT BE REFUNDED.
Obligations of the management
The homestead management guarantee that furniture and other equipment in the guest rooms, also the quality of services rendered will meet the descriptions provided on the website and the requirements of hygiene standards of the Republic of Lithuania. Upon receipt of advance payment the homestead management undertakes not to change the services rate per night quoted in the order confirmation, and will do their best to provide the services indicated at the time fixed in the order. Upon occurrence of circumstances preventing the provision of services at the time indicated in the order confirmation, the homestead management undertake to immediately notify thereof the client and to refund the advance payment.
Obligations of the guests
The guests undertake to abide by the internal rules, safe behaviour and fire-safety rules while staying in the homestead Marguoliai. The homestead management undertake to protect and to cherish the homestead property, to abide by the accident prevention, fire safety and environmental protection requirements. The client shall be liable for property damage under the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. If loss or damage is caused by a client’s minor children, it shall be indemnified by their parents or guardians. During stay in the homestead resort the guests undertake to keep to the safe rest and sports requirements and to ensure the safety of their children (foster-children). The homestead management waives liability if a client or his/her children get hurt or damage their own property through their own fault as a result of breaking the terms of safe recreation and sports. Upon arrival to the homestead resort the guests must sign a services provision agreement stating in detail the rights and duties of both, the guests and the management, during stay in the homestead resort.
Regulations of the farmstead “Marguoliai”
The guest of the leisure centre can use:
- rented room and its equipment;
- living room and its equipment
- kitchen room at the firs floor and its equipment;
- terrace and its furniture;
- TV and audio equipment do not disturbing other quests
The guest of the summer cottage can use:
- rented summer cottage and its equipment;
- terrace of the cottage and its furniture.
In the territory of the farmstead all the guest can use:
- sauna (for additional payment);
- fire place, grill (firewood for additional payment);
- places for sports and sport equipment (without additional payment for responsible person);
- playgrounds for children;
- lake and pond for swimming in the special prepared places;
- boat and go for fishing (equipment gets responsible person without additional payment);
- surroundings for gathering berries and mushrooms.
All guests are asked to: :
- pay the rent for all staying period;
- if the guests do not stay all the intended time, money are not reimbursed;
- acknowledge with the rules of safety, rulebook and fire-safety rules;
- to pay for additional services before leaving the farmstead;
- use electricity economically;
- do not disturb others guests rest, do net noise after 10 p.m.;
- before leaving the farmstead, take part in giving the rent paces and equipment for the owner;
- to inform the owner about your guests.
Forbidden :
- to smoke indoors (special places for smoking are prepared);
- make fire-places in not prepared special areas;
- to have dogs and other pets without owners permission;
- to change places of the farmstead equipment without owner’s permission;
- to book other additional services without permission of the owner.
Responsibility
- guests are totally materially responsible for broken real estate and equipment (according LR jus);
- parent /foster parents are responsible for damages done by their children;
- owner is not responsible for injuries done by guests themselves or to their wealth because of not safe equipment use (not according directions, safety rules);
- owner is responsible for the quality of the rented services. The owner responses according LR just for the guest losses because of not qualitative service.
Fire protection regulations
The quests must::
- Use electrics orderly. Do not allow children to use electrics. Do not leave electrics on working regime alone. Do not put any fabric on torchere.
- Not to use heating apparatus without owner’s permission.
- Not to bring inside materials witch can become the reason of fire.
- Smoke and drop cigarette-ends only in special prepared places.
- Not to leave fireplace care while using. Do not allow children use fireplace without adults care.
- Not to make any kind of fire in the wood.
- To make fire only in special prepared places in farmstead. Don not leave any kind of fire without care. Before leaving fireplace, fire must be put out.
- Children can swim, fish, boat only under the care of adults.
- Use sport inventor only for their direct use purpose
- Be responsible for the quality of there own used meal
- For injures made themselves, because of flout of fire and protection directions, owner is not responsible.
- For the noise after 10 p.m. responsible is the client.
- Clients are responsible for accidents inside or outside the living place
- Clients are responsible for accidents made because of the use of alcohol or other psychotropic materials.
- Parents must take care under their children.
- Parents must not allow there children to walk in the owners territory witch is protected by dogs. Do not allow children to jangle dogs, to feed them.
- Responsible client must to introduce the other clients of the same group the safety rules, fire and protection directions of the farmstead “Marguoliai”.
